    Seth brings over ten years of experience in a variety of projects including new construction, seismic retrofits and evaluations, and tsunami related research and projects. He consistently strives to create a collaborative process with architects, allowing their design ideas to come to fruition through innovative structural design. Seth’s experience spans over many market sectors including high tech, hospitals, industrial, higher education, and commercial. Seth is also highly involved in code development and is currently a voting member on several ASCE 7 (building design load) committees. His work in developing the first ever US Tsunami Code (chapter 6 of ASCE 7) was critical in the design for the Ocosta Replacement Elementary School and the Oregon State University Hatfield Marine Studies Initiative Building. These are the first two vertical evacuation structures in the United States.
