Paul Hauser has 25 years of progressively more complex and responsible experience. Paul has an extensive background, starting with machine design, and progressing through system design, to project management and engineering with budgets up to $25 million and engineering management. He has a very strong ability to define problems and to generate and implement solutions. Paul has designed machines and hydraulic systems for a variety of applications throughout his career. He has experience with closed-loop hydrostatic drives as well as open-loop systems. Power unit designs have ranged from a few horsepower to over 200 Hp, and have included high and low pressure pumps, variable displacement pumps, and closed loop pump systems. He has applied many kinds of hydraulic controls, including standard directional valves, pilot operated valves, proportional valves, and servo valves, singly and in large manifold arrangements. These systems have included many associated hydraulic devices, such as accumulators, and have been used to power and control motors and cylinders and other hydraulic actuators.
