Mark Wharry is an associate and senior civil engineer and project manager at KPFF's Portland Civil Engineering + Survey office. He joined KPFF in 2014 and is deeply experienced not only in general civil site design but in water resource engineering, fish screening & passage, hatchery facilities, architectural site design and civil drainage stormwater management projects.
