Katie has been practicing structural engineering since 2007 and joined KPFF in 2013. She greatly values team collaboration and is highly responsive to client requests. She is invested in meeting the project goals, aesthetic vision, and technical needs. By evaluating all project demands, including constructability and logistic challenges, she helps identify appropriate material and structural system for each project. Katie has worked with a wide range of materials in new construction and renovated buildings. She has experience in seismic retrofits, office buildings, university, and cultural institutions, 24/7 facilities, and many other project types.
