    Jose Hernandez has over 14 years of civil engineering experience, having performed as a designer, project manager, and peer review professional.  Jose has worked extensively on projects that cover a wide range of disciplines, which include grading, transportation, hydrology, hydraulics, storm drain, water, and sewer design.  His experience in infrastructure and public works improvements also includes site improvements for commercial and public facilities as well as roadway improvements within Caltrans right-of-way.  His experience with Caltrans includes the development of Plans, Specifications and Estimates as well as the development of Caltrans types plans, profiles, and technical reports for each project.  His history of working with Southern California agencies allows him to efficiently navigate the local agencies to perform the necessary research for property records, property requirements/ restrictions, and other applicable information for a project.
