    Jessica has been practicing civil engineering since 2008 in many market segments. Since joining KPFF in 2016, she has proven to be a driven Civil Project Manager who leads transportation projects for key clients, like the Ports of Portland and Vancouver. Her unique and diverse background gives her a great foundation to coordinate and lead civil engineering designs for site development and transportation projects. She has been integral in the development of PACR at PDX (progressive design-build), leads roadway and safety improvement projects, and has a balance of private development work. Jessica places a high value on the importance of mentorship; she mentors younger staff and is a mentor in the CECOP program.
