    As an Associate Engineer with the Los Angeles office of KPFF, Doug Conlon is responsible for client contact, establishment of fees and schedules, supervision of engineering and drafting personnel, project design and production, overall project coordination and construction administration. Doug Conlon has over 30 years of experience.  Doug Conlon’s project management skills include experience as a prime consultant for several Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) and Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality Improvement Program (CMAQ) projects.

    Doug Conlon’s project management skills include experience as a prime consultant for several Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) and Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality Improvement Program (CMAQ) projects.  Doug joined KPFF in 2007 and is involved in all aspects of civil design including grading, drainage, erosion and site utilities and is often the main contact for the architect and contractor. He is also a CASQA certified Trainer of Record for Qualified Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP) Developers (QSD) and Qualified SWPPP Practitioners (QSP).
