Background

As an Associate and Project Manager within the Los Angeles Civil office, David is responsible for the establishment of fees and schedules, supervision of engineering and drafting personnel, project design and production, overall project coordination and construction administration. David began his engineering career in Northern Virginia, but a move to Los Angeles brought him to KPFF in 2014. He has experience working on a diverse range of projects, including infrastructure, primary, secondary and higher education, civic and government, entertainment, commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments in Southern California. He enjoys building strong relationships with clients, which leads to repeat business and referrals. David is passionate about solving complicated engineering problems and having fun while doing it.
