    Andrew Haliburton is an Associate and Project Manager at KPFF’s Portland Civil Engineering + Survey office. He joined KPFF in 1999 and has civil engineering experience spanning multiple continents and diverse cultural environments across 16 countries. This global perspective complements his aptitude for identifying the risks and opportunities of a new environment, and provides the context for a practical approach to problem solving. Andrew has an extensive background in structural and civil engineering design and construction and brings a unique perspective to large-scale, multidisciplinary projects including bridges, roads, sports facilities, utility infrastructure, site development, traffic impact studies, pavement rehabilitation, main streets route selection and feasibility studies for several long-distance transmission pipelines. Andrew has a special interest in accommodating bike transportation and is committed to promoting bike-friendly communities, having served on the Bicycle Advisory Committee to the City of Portland’s Bureau of Transportation from 2004 through 2014.
