    Andrew Cott joined KPFF in 2010 and was named an Associate in 2016. During his time with KPFF, he has consistently demonstrated a commitment to cross-discipline collaboration and verve for taking on unique architectural and construction challenges. He has built durable working relationships with many different stakeholders – owners, architects, and contractors – through the successful completion of a wide variety of project types across multiple market sectors.

    Andrew’s work focuses on the renovation, expansion, and adaptive reuse of existing structures and the design of sustainability-focused multifamily residential developments. He is also highly experienced in the ground-up design of new commercial structures, including office civic, retail, religious, and education spaces. Andrew is reputed for his consulting prowess in structural stability.
