Adam Roth is an associate and project manager at KPFF's Portland Civil Engineering + Survey office. He joined KPFF in 2011 and was named an Associate in 2015. Adam focuses on site development, grading and earthwork, utility systems, erosion control, stormwater management, wastewater treatment, wetland mitigation, zoning analysis and roadway and frontage improvement design. He specializes in design of land development and master planning projects, both domestic and international. Adam's background in urban site development has given him unique insight into the process of improving public infrastructure and the associated, often complex permitting issues involved. He's deeply familiar with the special requirements of international projects, having managed multiple US Department of State/Overseas Building Operations (OBO) projects. Adam also has significant experience in higher-ed, K-12 and hospital campus design.
