Aaron Daley was one of the first employees at KPFF Louisville when we opened in 2017 and has been an integral part of our growth and success across the region. Aaron spearheaded our BIM modeling program and is a Team Leader, helping to plan resources, implement drawing standards and mentor.
In addition to his mentoring and leadership responsibilities, Aaron specializes in adaptive reuse, mostly with historic building types. His experience includes condition assessments, rehabilitation, and strengthening of deficient and deteriorated structures. Aaron is talented in coordinating the design team that best suits the project.
When not working hard at the office, Aaron enjoys spending his free time outdoors hiking, biking and gardening. He is also invested in high school STEM outreach programs, serving as both a judge and instructor in several local science camps and competitions.
