KPFF is excited to bring our dedication to excellence in structural engineering to Birmingham and surrounding regions. We are passionate about building lasting relationships with our clients and look forward to growing those relationships through collaborative design of impactful contributions to the built environment.

Birmingham is known as the “Magic City” and “Pittsburgh of the South” due to its rapid growth and development through the steel, iron and coal industries during the early 1900’s. It boasts a vibrant culture marked by hard-working determination from that largely bygone industrial era. In recent years, Birmingham has established itself as a national leader in healthcare, finance, and education, while offering a strong food culture and a taste of modern Southern charm. Home to the Birmingham Civil Rights Institute which traces the hardships and successes of the Civil Rights movement, Birmingham is a city with rich history and a bright future. KPFF Birmingham looks forward to being an active and contributing member of our community.
