Qualifications
- BSCE
- EIT certification (preferred)
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- AutoCAD/Civil 3D experience is highly desirable

The Portland Civil + Survey office (including satellite offices in Eugene and Washington DC) consists of 100 employees including 35 PEs and 3 PLSs.We champion public transportation by paying 50% of monthly transit passes and providing secured bike parking at no charge. In addition, we work on parks, trails, master planning, and include stormwater management and a sustainability focus in everything we do.
