We are seeking a Senior Bridge Engineer/Project Manager with a minimum of 10 years of bridge related structural engineering experience. This position will provide a unique opportunity for you to lead development of our Inland NW bridge practice and design and manage all aspects of a diverse array of public and private sector projects in a team environment and:

  • Lead planning, design and construction support on stimulating projects including highway and pedestrian bridges and fish passage structures
  • Develop and manage project scope, schedule, and budget
  • Engage with clients to define and achieve a successful outcome
  • Lead business development pursuits to grow our practice in the Inland NW
  • Lead and mentor Inland NW bridge staff

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • MSCE or MSE with emphasis in Structural Engineering
  • Structural Engineering (SE) License in Washington State
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience providing structural engineering services
  • Task or project management experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
