We are seeking a Senior Bridge Engineer/Project Manager with a minimum of 10 years of bridge related structural engineering experience. This position will provide a unique opportunity for you to lead development of our Inland NW bridge practice and design and manage all aspects of a diverse array of public and private sector projects in a team environment and:
- Lead planning, design and construction support on stimulating projects including highway and pedestrian bridges and fish passage structures
- Develop and manage project scope, schedule, and budget
- Engage with clients to define and achieve a successful outcome
- Lead business development pursuits to grow our practice in the Inland NW
- Lead and mentor Inland NW bridge staff
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- MSCE or MSE with emphasis in Structural Engineering
- Structural Engineering (SE) License in Washington State
- A minimum of 10 years of experience providing structural engineering services
- Task or project management experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Demonstrated leadership skills
