Job Description

Our Civil Engineering team is seeking Civil Drafters and CAD Technicians to support our group. We are looking for team members that will be responsible for supporting multiple projects and teams by creating, managing, updating, and maintaining a variety of drawings, with an eye for presentation and attention to detail. Responsibilities will include:

  • Creation of project drawing and exhibit deliverables
  • Applying established company, jurisdiction, and/or project CAD standards
  • Maintain organization of project drawing files
  • Prepare and edit plans, profiles, sections and details from rough sketches, redline mark-ups, and verbal instruction from team members
  • Presentation and overall drawing appearance
  • Coordinating with engineers and team members
  • Plotting and scanning of drawings
  • Complete drawings and project responsibilities within anticipated timeline
  • Understanding, modeling, and use of Civil 3D design elements (for CAD Technicians)

Minimum Qualifications

  • 0 – 2 years’ experience or completion of a CAD Technical education program
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD
  • Basic knowledge of Civil 3D a plus, (required for CAD Technician)
