Marketing Proposal Manager

KPFF Seattle is looking for an experienced Marketing Proposal Manager to support our Civil and Structural engineering groups in our downtown Seattle office.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

·Learning our project and client portfolio

·Producing marketing materials, including proposals, resumes, and qualifications

·Working with Principals to implement strategic approaches to specific clients and markets

·Coordinating the application and preparation of industry award pursuits

·Contributing to social media and other external communication efforts

·Coordinating with marketing staff in our other KPFF offices

Qualifications and Key Attributes:

·3+ years related experience

·Bachelor’s degree

·Working proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe InDesign

·Excellent verbal communication, writing, proofreading, and organization skills

·Working knowledge of the Architectural/Engineering/Construction community in Seattle is a plus
