Engineering - Civil Engineering Project Manager

KPFF’s San Francisco division is seeking a civil engineering project manager with broad land development and public works experience. The successful candidate will participate in business development efforts for the office while providing technical expertise to civil engineering staff.   Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary while assisting in client development, marketing, scope and fee preparation, and supervision of less experienced engineers and supporting staff members. The successful candidate will be given an opportunity to interface with clients, owners, developers, contractors, survey crews, public agencies and officials throughout the entire development process while managing contracts, budgets, and schedules.

Position Requirements:

  • Minimum of eight (8) years of professional land development experience
  • Public Works Project Experience is a plus
  • PE License in State of California
  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office products
  • Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Working knowledge of surveying & mapping issues highly desired
  • Ability to work in team environment on a variety of projects
  • Great attitude and communication skills
