Dowdell Industrial Park

KPFF provided civil engineering, structural engineering, and surveying services for the Dowdell Industrial Park in Rohnert Park, California. The project included approximately 160,000-SF of spec industrial space on the 10.3-acre development and included stormwater Low Impact Development (LID) to manage the site’s stormwater runoff. In addition to civil, structural, and surveying services, KPFF performed dry utility coordination associated with the site’s new electrical service.
