Part of the nationally-recognized Millenium Park, Lurie Gardens is a highly artistic public garden situated on top of a three-level underground parking garage in downtown Chicago. KPFF civil and structural teams worked alongside international designers to help achieve the City’s ambitious and imaginative vision in a cost-effective and practical manner. Special features include armature to support artwork and sculptures as well as specially designed tree pits to provide the benefits of natural surface planting in paved areas.
