Located on the corner of Macarthur and Jamboree, these distinctive 14-story towers are set within a 12-acre campus with views of the Upper Newport Bay.  KPFF was contracted to assist in campus wide enhancements.  Improvements included new landscaping, a revised the path of travel from the accessible parking stalls and new raised planters at the existing court yard.  Grading of a landscaped slope along MacArthur Boulevard included the design of new stairs, retaining walls and a sloped walkway from the parking structure to the public right-of-way (the on-grade stairs and walkways were designed to have no impact on the existing matured trees).
