KPFF provided structural engineering services for this project consisting of one 11-story building over one level of below grade parking totaling 460,000-sf and a pedestrian bridge between the office building and the main parking garage located at an existing Sony campus in San Diego, California.  The office building includes the following areas: executive board room, executive office area, conference rooms, full service kitchens, dining centers, employee fitness center, product show rooms, corporate family store, engineering labs, lobbies, balconies, break areas, mail room, shipping and receiving, and open office space.  This project is LEED Gold certified.
