Situated at the entrance to the Gaslamp Quarter in downtown San Diego, this premier development includes hotel, parking, restaurant, and retail components. The $99 million, 432,000-sf, 12-story hotel consists of 420 luxury rooms and suites with two levels below grade. Features include three restaurants (including Hard Rock restaurant); lounges and a sky bar; a grand ballroom and meeting facilities with roof-top public space and a pool and spa area; the preservation of the façade and the roof of the historic 1-story “National City Otay Railroad Depot” building; and underground parking for 200 vehicles. The former Depot building functions as the hotel lobby bar.
