This 16-acre campus housing community (Phase I and II combined) features more than 1,000 beds, commons buildings offering food service, a convenience store, laundry facilities, resident parking and various recreational amenities. The student housing facilities are wood-framed Type V-1 hour construction and three to four stories in height. The buildings are clad primarily in stucco and feature both pitched and flat roofs (clad in composite shingles and built-up roofing). The one-story commons facility is classified as a Type V NR building and utilizes both steel and wood framing.

Phase II was designed and constructed to LEED Silver certification. Sustainable features of the project include low-flow showers, faucets, and toilets, drought tolerant landscape, connections to transit and community services and energy efficient lighting.
