Background

With 16 years of professional experience as a structural engineer, Ms. Kibare is leading many of the prominent multifamily and mixed-use projects in the Los Angeles Office. She enjoys providing valuable input to improve the efficiency of the design process to meet the architects and developer’s unique project vision. She is responsible for project management, design and production, supervision of drafting personnel, overall project coordination and construction administration. Ilva has designed and managed adaptive re-use and historic renovation, commercial, healthcare, airport, and educational construction, retrofit and tenant improvement projects, along with participating in analytical studies for seismic retrofit schemes and feasibility. Seeing every day as a new opportunity for learning, she embraces challenges with enthusiasm.
